Who Qualifies To Get A Bursary Or College Student Loan From NSFAS?
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application system.
Applications are actually open and may shut on fifteen December 2024.

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant will have to meet the following criteria:

The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is open to all South here African citizens and permanent inhabitants from homes with combined R350 000 and 2025 nsfas application R600 000 per annum.
Applicants are reminded to supply the proper Identity Document numbers, names, and surname, as reflected inside their South African ID.
NSFAS only funds people who are learning or intend to research in a general public university or TVET college in South Africa.
All students who wish to study in any of the public universities and TVET colleges should apply timeously and not to read more wait until the last day.
Learners do not have to wait for matric results to apply for NSFAS. They should apply now and avoid delays in the processing of their application.
